Therefore, armed with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and over twenty years of Trauma-Informed Yoga and teaching experience, Nichola not only recognised the profound positive impact that creativity can have on well-being but once supported by her wonderful family and later a small army of beautiful like-minded potters, made her vision come to life!
